How long does it take until I notice improvement?

Most people report they sleep better after the first few nights, and most people have reported they are not experiencing sleep issues after 5-7 nights. We have had clients with severe, long term insomnia who have needed to listen for 2-3 weeks to get good results. We recommend listening for a minimum of 21 days in a row, or longer if you need to. We also suggest rotating the three main audio programs, so you can enjoy the benefits of all three, and to follow the recommendations in the resource guide.


Do I need to listen to this program forever?

Most people listen nightly for the first 21 days, and after that, only listen when they feel they need it(periods of stress) or when they travel.


How does the program actually work?

The sleep companion uses a combination of deep relaxation techniques to help the client relax into a Theta brainwave state, which is the state between sleep and wakefulness. The program then uses a number of effective processes which utilize advanced Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques to help you make shifts in your sleep behavior patterns and your believes about yourself and sleep

How much time doest it take to use the program?

It does not take any additional time. You can just listen as you fall asleep at night. We do recommend you follow the suggestions in the resource guide, which strongly suggests you schedule your day so that the last 30-60 minutes before sleep is for relaxing, non stressful activities, like meditation, light reading, warm bath and bedtime preparation. We strongly recommend avoiding news, work, email, bill paying serious discussions with your partner, or anything that is stress or anxiety inducing.


I have (sleep apnea, restless leg, narcolepsy, sleepwalking) will it work for me?

The sleep companion helps people who have insomnia. It was not designed for any of these separate sleep conditions. You should consider seeking medical treatment if you believe you have any of these conditions. We have had many clients report that the program helps people fall asleep better while using their CPAP device.


Will it work for babies and children?

We have had reports of children six and older using this program successfully. This has been reported to be very helpful for parents falling back asleep after they awaken for their child’s needs.


What happens if it doesn’t work for me?

Almost everyone who uses the program daily as recommended for at least three weeks and follows the recommendations improves their sleep duration and quality. Remember, your sleep issues have probably been developing over months or years, and may take some time to restore your natural sleep cycle. We really want you to sleep well, its why we exist. There are a few people that Dr. Olga has found have issues that interfere with sleep that need individual attention. If you are not satisfied with the program, you can request a full refund within 30 days.


How do I sleep while listening to the audios?

Most people just play the program on an mp3 player next to their bed stand, or listen with their mp3 player. For side sleepers, they just listen with one ear. Most people fall asleep while listening. The program continues to work while you sleep.


Can I take this with my sleeping pills?

This is an audio program. You can combine it with any sleeping pills or sleep supplements you may be taking.
